How to Write and Self-Publish a Novel

I have done it twice and I did it several years before Amazon and Kindle, when self-publishing was seen even more as a type of “vanity” publishing, even when it was POD or print on demand. It’s true if you want to have signed copies or hand a book to someone as a gift or to purchase you have to order copies yourself. But it’s also easy for people to sample and purchase your work on kindle and other e-reader formats.
